After getting the official green light last week from the Governor and the Iowa High School Athletic Association, Dallas Center-Grimes is hard at work to officially release it’s shortened summer sports season schedule.

Governor Reynolds has lifted Covid-19 restrictions that would prohibit sporting competition in Iowa, which will allow high school athletics to return on June 1.  Teams will have two weeks to practice before games begin on June 15.

Teams are taking extra precautions this summer, as guidelines have been set for sanitizing and social distancing.

DC-G Softball and Baseball are returning a very solid group of players to the diamond this summer, and the expectations are high.

Mustangs and Fillies fans should know the official schedule in the next few days for the 2020 Summer Sports season.
