4:57am: The Perry Police Department requested a welfare check on a female in the parking lot of 777 Wild Rose Lane.

7:01am: Wendi Smits reported a dog running at large near the intersection of South Grimmell Road and West Russell Street.

11:23am: Mark Day reported a debit card scam that occurred at 106 West Washington Street. An officer is investigating.

2:47pm: An officer responded to 900 West Washington Street for an abandoned 911 call. Everything was found to be okay.

5:55pm: Jamie Venteicher reported a carless driver in the 300 block of West Reed Street.

7:17pm: Paul Oyres reported a welfare check on a family member in the 1200 bock of Westwood Drive.

8:06pm: Catherine Wilson reported two suspicious individuals in the 400 block of East Lincoln Way.

**** On May 17th, 2020, an officer began an investigation on an assault that occurred at 905 West Lincoln Way. As a result, Arrest Warrants have been requested for Tanisha Rice (45) of Jefferson for Assault With Intent to Inflict Serious Injury – Aggravated Misdemeanor, and Jason Sheldahl (49) of Jefferson for Violation of No Contact Order – Simple Misdemeanor.
