As more COVID-19 restrictions are relaxed across the state, one Jefferson organization is inviting interested parties to a learning session.
Jefferson Matters: Main Street Economic Vitality Team is hosting a “Business Guidance to Opening Up in Greene County.” The session will be held electronically with Greene County Public Health Department officials. Greene County Attorney Thomas Laehn will also explain the recommendations and an overview of the restrictions within the governor’s public health emergency proclamation against the 2019 novel coronavirus.
Economic Vitality Team Co-Chair Bonnie Silbaugh invites any business owner in the county to join because the session will cover local information that businesses need to know.
“This is the perfect time for a business owner to ask a specific question about whether they are a retailer, or whether they have a drive-up window, or maybe they touch a lot of money, how do we handle dealing with that? Different things like that that can get very specific for our area and really be helpful to everyone around Greene County and Jefferson.”
The free meeting will begin Thursday at 5:30pm via Zoom. For those who can’t make the meeting, it will be recorded and available on jeffersonmatters.org by Friday. Information regarding connection to the meeting can be found below.
