The Perry City Council will convene Monday evening in regular session.

The meeting will begin with two public hearings. The first is in regards to proposed contact documents and estimated costs for repair or improvement of 28th Street, and the second is on the intent to dispose of property within City limits. Following the hearings, the Council will consider awarding the bid for the 28th Street project, and a resolution approving the property disposal. Also in old business, they will consider the second pay request from Ball Team Construction for the McCreary Community Building renovation project, as well as a change order related to existing door repairs.

In new business, the Council will consider the final plat of the Prairie Trail subdivision. That will be followed by approval of a resolution in support of a workforce housing tax credit benefit application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority. Finally, the Council will consider a general agreement with Sambatek, Inc for professional services related to the runway extension project at the Perry Municipal Airport.
