The Perry soccer community was devastated to find out that the entire season was wiped out due to a cautious approach by the Iowa High School governing bodies.  Governor Kim Reynolds canceled the remainder of the school year last week which prompted the spring sports season to be lost.  The decision was a bad break for Perry with soccer leading the way the past couple of years for enjoying the most success.  The hope now falls to the summer sports season with baseball and softball.  No decision has been made if the summer sports season will take place.
