The West Central Valley Wildcats has found a new football coach for their program with the hiring of Jim Lindsay. The hire was announced on Lindsay’s twitter page while being confirmed by Activities Director David Doely. The school board approved the hire and will give Lindsay the key to the Wildcat football program.

Lindsay will also be the high school science teacher and the alternative school teacher as well. He has been with the Clarinda school district these last few years and has been a major part of the success of the Cardinals, who are coming off of a winning season during the 2019 year with a 5-4 record.

West Central Valley is coming off of a win less campaign but should be improved for the 2020 year. Lindsay will be looking to turn around the program, as he looks to create a new culture whenever the team can take the field.
