Norman Frank Gross, age 32 of 321 E 8th St., Waterloo was arrested at 1203 Guthrie, De Soto for robbery 2nd, Assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, OWI, possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, open container, no valid driver’s license and defective tires.
