Tuesday, April 14th

3:47am: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on K Avenue near 260th Street. Joshua Smithson 42 of Perry was arrested for driving while barred.

5:10am: Joshua Smithson 42 of Perry was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

5:20pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a large number of dead hogs at a confinement on C Avenue near 110 th Street. The deputy did locate the confinement and did not observe anything out the norm.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
