Items pertaining to the Casey’s General Store expansion project will be considered at the Stuart City Council meeting Monday.

The Council will hold a public hearing and consider a resolution to approve the sale of Lot A of Marks Business Park, located on the southwest corner of Southwest 7th and South Gaines streets. They will also consider a resolution to set a public hearing date for a proposed development agreement with Casey’s, including annual appropriation tax increment financing payments. Other meeting items include the fifth pay estimate to Concrete Technologies, Incorporated, for the All Saints Addition, a resolution for a hazard mitigation grant, and a joint agreement with the City of Guthrie Center for DICA Manufacturing.
