The Guthrie Center City Council will consider a resolution to publish notice of hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost for the pool house and public restroom project.

The Council will then consider contractor bids for the estimated $800,000 project and consider authorizing the use of a preliminary official statement for the sale of general obligation bonds, series 2020. The Council will also consider authorizing Mayor Mike Herbert to sign a sewer easement for a land sale, and exterior wall bids for the old fire hall. Finally, the Council will consider appointing a City representative for the Main Street Guthrie Center Board, and discuss a rental ordinance.

The Council meets at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
