The Iowa Department of Public Health announced Tuesday there are 19 new cases of novel coronavirus 2019 in the State, including one more in Dallas County.

The latest positive tests bring the total numbers up to 124 in Iowa. That includes a total of seven now in Dallas, with the latest individual being between the ages of 41-60. The Governor’s Office points out there have been over 2,300 negative COVID-19 tests in the state, and there have been no deaths in Iowa since the pandemic arrived. Of the 124 individuals who have tested positive for the virus, 70 are female and 54 are male. There has been one person under age 17 to contract the virus, 31 between the ages of 18-40, 42 between 41-60, 46 between 61-80, and four 81 and older.
