The Guthrie Center School Board will consider multiple agenda items concerning the fitness center addition project Monday.
The Board will first consider the financing proposals for the sale of about $1.2 million in Secure an Advanced Vision for Education bonds (SAVE) to construct the facility adjacent to the high school and replace the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning unit for the addition and some of the existing building. They will also consider an engagement agreement with Ahlers & Cooney for bond counsel, and a resolution directing the sale of bonds. The Board will also consider a laptop purchase, discuss the fiscal year 2021 budget, and discuss 2019 novel coronavirus.
The Board meets at 7 p.m. in the high school media center.
