Greene County and surrounding area residents are invited to hear Iowa Legislative updates this weekend in Jefferson.

The “Meet Your Legislator” forum will be held this Saturday at 10:30am at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Education and Welcome Center. District 24 Senator Jerry Behn of Boone and District 47 Representative Phil Thompson of Jefferson will be on-hand to give updates from their respective chambers, as well as address any questions from constituents. 

This is the third such forum this year. As with any “Meet Your Legislator” forums, they are free and open to the public and refreshments will be served.
