Maxima DeLARosa Hernandez of Des Moines and Josh Neelaw of Des Moines were both sitting stationary in their vehicles due to a road blockage in the 24000 block when they were sideswiped by a vehicle driven by Mokori Kelambi of Des Moines. Kelambi was unable to stop in time. No injuries reported. Damage to Kelami and DeLaRosa Hernandez was $5000.00 each and $3000.00 to Neelaw’s.
Kelambi was cited for violation of instruction permit and failure to maintain control.

Shawna Jenson, age 37 of 1901 Horse N Buggy Dr., Adel was arrested on a warrant for theft.

Zachary Matthew Nelson, age 19 of 106 Dooley Ct. SW., Altoona was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft and burglary.

Chase Marcel Yetmar, age 22 of 1697 105th St., Earlham was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference-original charge of OWI.

Donald Warren Lawrence, age 70 of 1305 6th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of public intoxication.

Matthew Lester Wahlert, age 36 of 19529 Jardine Ln., Adel was cited at 1135 Main St., Adel for driving while license revoked.

Hunter Andersen of Des Moines was traveling in the 32000 block of Panther Creek Rd., when he lost control going to fast around the curve and went into the ditch rolling the vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00. Andersen was cited for failure to maintain control.

Nicole Lynae Ryan Eppert, age 41 of 2036 L Ave., Woodward was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license denied.
