9:25am: A deputy conducted welfare check in the 600 block of Harding Street, Churdan.

12:55pm: Jeremy Eberle 30 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

1:14pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1800 block of D Avenue.

3:44pm: A deputy assisted a Alabama Sheriff’s Office with trying to located a runaway in Grand Junction.

8:10pmL A deputy investigated a hit and run to a street sign at the intersection of 2nd Street and U Avenue, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
