The Dallas Center-Grimes Boys’ Basketball team will be back on the hardwood tonight for one final time at home as they prepare to face their second round District foe, rival, ADM of Adel.
DC-G comes in with a 16-6 record for the year, while ADM is 13-9 on the year. The Mustangs and Tigers have met once this year. In mid January, ADM traveled to DC-G, for what was a highly contested game. The final score favored DC-G by 4 points, 63-59.
In the first game between ADM and DC-G, balanced scoring was a big key for the Mustangs in the victory. As usual, Cole Glasgow and Luke Rankin lead the way with a combined for 30 points. But, DC-G got impressive contributions from Trenton Liebe, Cody Hall, Logan Smith, Alex Thomas, and Chase Stratton.
To get to this point, DC-G dominated Perry on Monday night, 92-41, while ADM slid past North Polk 60-52.
