Tuesday night, the Dallas Center-Grimes Boys’ Basketball team concluded its 2019-2020 regular season schedule at North Polk earlier this week.

After concluding the regular season with a win, DC-G has nearly doubled its win total from a year ago, as the Mustangs finished 8-14 last season.

DC-G was awarded the #2 seed in the District 7 Bracket.  DC-G will have home court advantage through the first two rounds of play.  Should the Mustangs pick up two wins, the Substate final would be played on a neutral site in West Des Moines at Valley High School.

The Mustangs get paired with 7th seeded Perry in the first round of play.  Perry comes in at 3-18 on the year.  The Bluejays three wins don’t sound impressive, but for a program that didn’t win a game a year ago, three victories is a step in the right direction.

DC-G is lead by Cole Glasgow and Luke Rankin, who, collectively are averaging over 30 points per game.

DC-G will tip off with Perry at 7:00pm on Monday night in Grimes.
