Wednesday, February 12th
4:14am: Hours Jacob Keller advised of a suspicious person walking in the roadway in the 1000 block of East Lincoln Way.
6:39am: Kelly Lowe reported an issue occurring at PAWS (603 West Russell Street). Everything was found to be okay.
9:22am: An officer assisted a case worker with the Iowa Department of Human Services on an open investigation.
9:43am: An officer responded to 1105 West Lincoln Way for misdialed 911 call. Everything was found to be okay.
9:44am: Nicki Borkowski reported a violation of a No Contact Order occurring in the 400 block of West Head Street. An officer is investigating.
10:11am: James Deemer spoke with an officer about a civil issue.
1:51pm: While on patrol, an officer located Nicholas Webber (19) walking in the 200 block of North Oak Street. Nicholas had an active Greene County Arrest Warrant out in his name for Probation Violation. Nicholas walked into his residence at 206 North Oak Street. Nicholas locked himself inside his residence. After repeated instructions to open the door without compliance, officers made entry into the residence and placed Nicholas under arrest. While inside the residence, officers detected the smell of marijuana. Officers secured the residence while completing a Search Warrant. Officers executed the Search Warrant at 1607 hours and recovered suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending on lab results.
6:16pm: An officer responded to 1512 Westwood Drive for a fire alarm. Everything was found to be okay.
