Greene County and Gilbert were snowed out of a scheduled girl/boy basketball doubleheader on Jan. 17. Those games will be made up tonight in the middle school gym in Jefferson. Both Gilbert teams are in the title chase in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference while both Greene County teams are in seventh place among eight teams. The Gilbert girls are ranked eighth in Class 4A. They defeated the Rams 85-15 in Gilbert in December. The Gilbert boys over powered Greene County in their first meeting, 95-46.

The Rams have a busy week with three more girl/boy doubleheaders after tonight. Nevada visits the middle school gym in Jefferson tomorrow night, then the Rams play the Saydel teams in Des Moines on Friday, followed by a non-conference twin bill in Jefferson on Saturday with the Carroll Tigers.
