Patricia Janine Palmer, age 40 of 3831 Ingersoll Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Abbigail Govig of Perry was traveling near the intersection of Highway 141 and Highway 210 when an unknown vehicle passed her and began to merge over into her lane. Govig veered to the right and lost control Govig was checked out by Dallas County EMS and then transported to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2500.00 and $1000.00 to the guardrail and posts.
