A Jefferson teen faces a felony charge for allegedly having sex with a minor.

According to the Jefferson Police Department, 18-year-old Devin Julian Villalobos is charged with a Class C Felony for third-degree sexual abuse. The charge stems from an investigation that was reported on January 20th in the 600 block of Rushview Drive. Villalobos is claimed to have engaged in sex acts against a 13-year-old female. Police Chief Mark Clouse tells Raccoon Valley Radio, an interview was conducted with Villalobos and he admitted to the sex acts. He says an additional interview with the victim is also taking place. Clouse adds a 13-year-old in Iowa can not give consent for sex. 

Clouse notes, once the warrant has been issued and Villalobos has been arrested he will be booked into the Greene County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
