The Panorama boy’s team is starting find their groove.
The Panthers needed a win in the worst way when they made the trip to Madrid Tuesday night. Panorama had lost four of their last six since their hot start to the season. Panorama pounced to an early 18-11 lead and looked like they could run away with this one. Madrid closed the gap to five before halftime, then things got uncomfortable as Panorama saw their lead evaporate to just three before the final eight minutes. The Panthers were able to snap into shape and outscored Madrid 28-18 in the final quarter to hit the bus with a 74-61 victory.
Panorama improves to 8-5 on the year. They’ll be back in action Friday with a Guthrie County showdown with AC/GC in Panora.
