5:36pm: A deputy assisted a motorist that went into the ditch due to road conditions on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue.
7:35pm: A deputy investigated a vehicle in the ditch on 222nd Street near W Avenue. The driver was no longer with the vehicle.
Saturday, January 18th
6:33am: The Sheriff assisted with a vehicle in the ditch due to road conditions on Neola Avenue near 280th Street.
7:43am: The Sheriff assisted with a vehicle in the ditch due to road conditions on Neola Avenue near 260th Street.
7:56am: The Sheriff assisted a motorist on U Avenue near 280th Street.
1:08pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of 220th Street.
2:02pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 300 block of Main Street, Rippey.
4:37pm: The Sheriff and an Iowa State Patrolman assisted a motorist in the ditch on U Avenue near X Avenue.
4:59pm: The Sheriff assisted a motorist in the ditch on N Avenue near 170th Street.
6:02pm: The Sheriff assisted with a medical call in the 1000 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.
6:11pm: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 1000 block of Sand Street, Churdan.
10:32pm: A deputy investigated a crossing arm malfunction on Main Street, Scranton.
Sunday, January 19th
1:59am: Zachary Smith 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication.
9:51am: A deputy assisted a motorist in the ditch on N Avenue near 185th Street.
1:34pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near R Avenue.
4:29pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.
7:42pm: A deputy assisted with an ambulance call in the 2300 block of X Avenue.
8:37pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the ditch on U Avenue near X Avenue.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
