Greene County upped its wrestling dual meet record to 18-3 with a pair of Heart of Iowa Activities Conference victories in Jewell on Thursday night. The Rams were 42-39 winners over PCM (Monroe) and 45-36 against the host Hawks. Coach Zach Beekman’s team won twice despite missing three of its top wrestlers in McKinley Robbins (106), Nathan Black (145), and Will Hansen (152).

The Rams forfeited four weights in both dual meets as they were without entries at 145, 160, 170, and 182 lbs. PCM forfeited at 113, 126, and 138 lbs., while SH forfeited 106, 113, and 120 lbs.

Going 2-0 last night for the Rams were Ethan Frederick (106), Brenner Gallagher (113), Braden Gallagher (120), Chance Mccollum (126), Brady Stauffer (138), and Cameren Miller (152).
