1:44am: A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with trying to locate a vehicle on 220th near X Avenue that did not pay for gas in Boone.

1:19pm: A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 220th Street near B Avenue.

3:02pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out on Q Avenue near 140th Street.

5:05pm: Daniel Westrum 42 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

7:05pm: Tanisha Rice 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for filing a false report to a public entity.

7:27pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 600 block of D Avenue.

10:37pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near Oakland Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
