The West Central Valley Wildcats played in a double header against the ACGC Chargers, and were unable to come away with any victories, with the girls falling 54-44 and the boys falling by the score of 73-34. The girls hung tough throughout the entire game, but just couldn’t find the final push that they were looking for to come away with the victory. They had a couple of players in double figures, led by Madelyn Jaeger. The loss pushes them back to 5-4 on the season.
The boys had a tough time moving the ball around as ACGC was able to dictate pace throughout the game. The boys did get another good performance from senior Jake Egger.
Both teams will be continuing to find their way as they continue West Central Activities Conference play next week when they play in another boy/girl doubleheader at Van Meter.
