Thursday, December 26th

10:43am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of West State Street.

12:10pm: Tracy Stanek reported her adult son had been shot by a male with a BB gun at 907 North Cedar Street. The officer advised Stanek that her adult son would have to bring the complaint to the officer.

2:58pm: Stacey Wood reported a cat had been struck by a vehicle in the 100 Block of East Vest Street. The officer took the deceased cat to the Jefferson Vet Clinic for disposal.

3:30pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Lincoln Way Streets resulted in Jacob Stewart of Carroll being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability and Operation without Registration.”

3:54pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Head Streets resulted in Jaislynn Happe of Jefferson being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

5:29pm: Nate Byerly reported a vehicle with no lights southbound in the 600 Block of North Elm Street. The officers did not locate the vehicle before it left the southern city limits.

6:48pm: Aaron Schroeder reported he had struck a deer near Westwood Drive and West Lincoln Way Street. Schroeder’s 2017 Chevrolet Suburban suffered a reported $1500.00 in front end damage. The injured deer was dispatched by the officer.

10:30pm: An officer assisted with a Civil Property Issue occurring at 300 East Lincoln Way Street.
