The West Central Valley girls basketball team is off to a very nice start with a 5-3 record on the season so far, and are hoping to play good enough basketball to get a winning record by the end of they year. The Lady Wildcats are looking for their first winning season since the 2010-11 season, which was the finale of stretch that saw a lot of winning and a few conference championships for the Lady Wildcats.

The Lady Wildcats these last few years have had teams that have been competitive on most nights, but have been unable to put together a winning season in nine years now.

This has been one of the big things that the Lady Wildcats were hoping to accomplish this year, and if they are able to do that, it would be a great accomplishment for a program that continues to get better every year.
