The West Central Valley Wildcats played in a double header against the Paton-Churdan Rockets, and were unable to come away with any victories, with the girls falling 44-34 and the boys falling by the score of 77-46. The girls hung tough throughout the entire game, but just couldn’t find the final push that they were looking for to come away with the victory. The loss pushes them back to 4-3 on the season.
The boys had more success offensively than they did on the previous couple of games, but just weren’t able to get enough stops against a good Paton-Churdan team.
Both teams are continuing to take positive strides on what is still a very young season. The next doubleheader for the two teams will be on Friday when they take on Madrid.
