Darrin Clemens Spellman, age 25 of 1002 8th St., Dallas Center was arrested at 1912 Main St., Granger for public intoxication.

Baylor Osborn of Dallas Center was traveling north in the 20000 block of T Ave., when he lost traction and entered the ditch. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.

Patricia Danielle Logan, age 26 of 429 E Watrous Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Jesus G. Lopez-Toro, age 30 of 903 Main St., Adel was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations at this address.
