The new Guthrie County Conservation Director will meet with the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors today.
The Board will consider approval of a payroll change notice for Director Brad Halterman, who began this week. Discussion of a South Central Iowa Regional 911 pay-off of a general obligation emergency 911 bond will be held, as well as an update from County Attorney Brenna Bird. The Board will then possibly go into closed session to discuss litigation. The meeting agenda also includes payroll change notices for secondary roads and public health employees, a continuity of operation plan position realignment for the Transfer Station, and discussion of compliance with the Iowa Municipalities Workers Compensation Association. Finally, the Board will consider selecting a property and liability insurance package for the 2020 calendar year and canvass the Rural Improvement Zone elections held last week.
The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
