Tuesday, November 26th

1:48am: During a Traffic Stop with a Speeding Vehicle in the 500 Block of North Elm Street, the officer detected the odor of alcohol coming from the driver. The driver consented to performing Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. The subject successfully passed the testing and was not impaired and was allowed to go on their way with a Verbal Warning for the speed violation.

11:48am: A Traffic Stop in the 100 Block of North Cedar Street resulted in Martin Egemo of Des Moines being cited for, “Dark Windows.”

1:49am: Scott Dickens reported a Trespasser and possible Criminal Mischief at his rental property at 108 ½ South Maple Street. The officer is investigating the report.

4:33pm: A Traffic Stop in the 1700 Block of North Elm resulted in Stuart Cretsinger of Ankeny being cited for, “Dark Windows.”

11:24pm: A Traffic Stop in the 1600 Block of 235 th Street resulted in Cruz Martinez of TX. being cited for, “Fail to Have a Valid License.”
