Perry defeated GMG Garwin Tuesday night 19-9 in the first game of the North Polk Jamboree. The Jayettes and Wolverines played only two quarters in an exhibition half to get ready for the season openers this weekend.  Freshman Lydia Olejniczak led the offense with 8 points while senior Molly Lutmer added 7.  Perry led 13-0 after the first quarter.  The Jayettes open the season Friday night at home against Des Moines North.  You can listen to the game on KDLS starting at 7:15.
