Allison Fay Fenton, age 57 of 5705 SE Circle Dr., Carlise was arrested at 23999 250th St., Dallas Center for OWI, failure to maintain control and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Jacqueline Kreifels of Atlantic was traveling in the 22500 block of 240th when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $7000.00.
