Friday, November 15th

2:09am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.

9:38am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

10:30am: The Sheriff, a deputy, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Junction Rescue responded to a medical call in the 400 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

12:02pm: A deputy, Grand Junction Fire, and Paton Fire responded to a tractor fire in on 170th Street near W Avenue. The tractor was a total loss.

3:33pm: A deputy and Scranton Fire responded to a car fire on 290th Street and C Avenue. The car a 1997 Buick Regal was a total loss. The trailer that the car was loaded into was also severely damaged.

4:06pm: A deputy and Jefferson Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the 900 block of 200th Street. The small out building was a total loss.

9:32pm: A deputy stopped a vehicle on 220th Street for 78-mph in a 55-mph zone. The driver Zachary Flinn 26 of Rippey was arrested for operating without an interlock device.

10:38pm: Zachary Flinn 26 of Rippey was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

11:10pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1200 block of C Avenue.

Saturday, November 16th

1:40am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 130th Street near A Avenue.

3:34am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical call in the 200 block of East Clark Street, Jefferson.

11:30am: Katie Schafer 35 of West Des Moines was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

2:35pm: A deputy assisted with catching dogs running at large in the 400 block of Percival Street, Rippey.

4:31pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 17th Street in Grand Junction.

5:30pm: the Greene County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant for illegal narcotics in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction. Suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.

6:09pm: Angela Beem 48 homeless was booked into jail for 2 probation violations.

7:30pm: Richard Tuhn Jr. 41 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for burglary 1st degree and assault causing injury.

Sunday, November 17th

7:54am: A deputy investigated a complaint of cattle out on 235th Street near J Avenue. The cattle were found to be in a fence that was hard to see from the roadway.

10:36pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
