Raccoon Valley Radio is kicking off its Caring Christmas Food Drive tomorrow.

The Big Red Radio will be broadcasting live at Jefferson Fareway from 2-4pm with Complete Insurance as the host. Anyone who stops by during the broadcast can register to win our $1,000 Christmas Cash Giveaway. One person’s name will be drawn at the end of the broadcast as an instant qualifier for the cash prize, which will be awarded a week before Christmas. 

Also during the broadcast, non-perishable food items will be accepted. Additionally, Jefferson Fareway has prepared bags of food that you can donate for $5, $10 or $20. There will be other broadcasts at various locations through December 17th. All food donations that are collected in each respective county, will stay with that community’s food pantry. Other participating businesses have registration forms available for people to sign-up to win the $1,000 Christmas Cash Giveaway.

Starting next week, Raccoon Valley Radio will also have a new promotion. The Christmas Cash Wheel will involve callers, who will name one of three Christmas Cash Giveaway participating businesses. If the caller correctly matches the name of the business to the one on the wheel, the caller will win a cash prize. They will also have a chance to double their winnings by answering a trivia question that will be posted at raccoonvalleyradio.com. If the caller doesn’t answer the question correctly, they still get to keep their original cash prize. 

Altogether, Raccoon Valley Radio is giving away $4,000 this holiday season.
