The ADM cross country teams has numerous runners mentioned in the Raccoon River Conference all-conference team. State champion Nate Mueller was listed on the 1st team of the RCC list, with teammates Quinton Kimrey and Nathan Royer being mentioned on the second team. Gineva Timmerman was mentioned on the 1st team all conference on the girls side, with teammates Hannah Welch and Sophia Chesney both being mentioned on the second team list.

The big thing for coach David Zwank and his team will be most of these runners will be more than likely returning next year to run. The 2020 season could be a special one for ADM cross country but will look to take their breath after a successful season.
