12:54am: A deputy investigated a possible burglary in the 900 block of Sand Street, Churdan. The deputy located a car that matched the description of the vehicle at the residence. Shane Jewett 43 of Paton was arrested for operating while intoxicated 2nd offense.

2:39am: Shane Jewett 43 of Paton was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 2nd offense.

9:07am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 700 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

1:10pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 400 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

2:21pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 900 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

4:55pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1000 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

Wednesday, October 16th

5:51am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near D Avenue. Aaron Holmes 21 of Glidden struck a deer with a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado causing an estimated 3,000 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
