The high school girls’ swimming & diving dual meet season ended for the Boone Toreadors on Tuesday with a 102-68 loss at Newton. Coach Chris Mann’s team ends the dual meet season with 11 wins against one loss.

Three Greene County students, all seniors, swim for Boone under an athletic sharing agreement. They are Sophia Ausberger, Ellie Madson, and Julia Saul. Against the Cardinals, Saul won the 400 meter freestyle race, was fourth in the 200 freestyle, was on the second place 400 freestyle relay, and the fourth place 200 freestyle relay. Madson was fifth in the 400 freestyle individual race, and third as part of the 400 freestyle relay. Ausberger was on the third place 400 freestyle relay and the fourth place 200 freestyle relay.
