Howl-O-Ween

The Raccoon River Pet Rescue will be hosting a Howl-O-Ween dog festival at the Perry Dog Park October 27th from 1-4 p.m. Proceeds will go towards the pet rescue. There will be a doggy costume contest with prizes.
