After stubbing a season opening loss back at the end of August, Scott Heitland’s Dallas Center-Grimes Football team has been a perfect 4-0 since then.

DC-G improved to 4-1 with a big Homecoming win against the Bluejays of Perry last Friday, with a lopsided 41-0 score.

Junior, Starting Quarterback, Ty Walker was back in the pocket last week against Perry.  Walker tallied two touchdown passes on the night, with fellow Junior, Luke Busby on the receiving end of those two touchdown passes.

Walker sat out the previous week at Glenwood due to injury, as Sophomore, second-string QB, Huston Halverson led the Mustangs to a big road win, 28-9.

DC-G will travel to Humboldt tonight, looking for its fifth consecutive win on the season.  Humboldt comes in with a 1-4 record on the season, with the lone win coming last week against Boone, 7-6.

Tonight’s game will kick off at 7:30pm from Humboldt.
