Those seeking to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual well being are reminded of an event happening in Guthrie Center tomorrow.

Guthrie County Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation and Diabetic Education Manager Christine Drake and Emily Goodenough of Guthrie Center Seventh-day Adventist Church are presenting a program called “Lifestyle Matters” from 4-6 p.m. at Guthrie County Health Services, located at 2002 State Street, Guthrie Center. The workshop will discuss principles for optimal health, and diabetes and heart-healthy tips. This event is free and open to the public.
