12:21pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 1000 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

1:49pm: Joshua Gingery 35 of Churdan was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

6:37pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 220th Street near C Avenue.

10:55pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

11:19pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop on Mulberry Street near 220th Street.

11:48pm: A deputy investigated a loud noise complaint at the Grand Junction City park on Elizabeth Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
