Holly Lynn Winland, age 35 of 2811 2nd Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of unauthorized use of credit card.

Robert Samuel Sawbo, age 29 of 3749 Indianapolis Ave., Des Moines was arrested in the 12000 block of N Ave., for driving while barred.

Bennie Lorenz Ulin, age 20 of 825 Brown St., Dexter was arrested at Dexfield Rd and 310th St., for possession of drug paraphernalia.
