The annual grant cycle for the Empowering Adair County Foundation is now open.

Non-profit and other organizations providing services to the county are eligible to apply for grant funding in the following areas: tourism/beautification, public services, economic well-being, and recreation/entertainment/arts/culture. Applications will be scored on criteria not limited to: completeness of application, benefit to Adair County residents, and support of entrepreneurial activity. The deadline to apply is October 15th, and a link to more details can be found here. The Foundation was formed in 2005 to coordinate and provide philanthropic support for community betterment and enhance the quality of life for communities in Adair County.
