Area cross country teams will be heading to Panora for the 45th annual Panorama Cross Country Invitational.

Last year both Panroama and AC/GC found success at this race. Panorama’s girls team finished in first place just holding off Earlham. AC/GC also competed well finishing third out of 16 teams. Entering the race, Panorama is ranked fifth and AC/GC is ranked 10th in Class 2A. Individually, Panorama’s Ella Waddle finished first-runner-up and AC/GC’s Kate Crawford finished third. Both Waddle and Crawford are returning and will be competing for first place. Currently, Crawford is ranked #4 in Class 2A and Waddle not far behind in 6th.

On the boy’s side, AC/GC finished third as a team with then Senior Noah Nelson leading the way finishing in third overall. Panorama finished 17th with their top runner being Levi Richey.
