The AC/GC volleyball team remains undefeated.

The Chargers hit the road to face off against a struggling Woodward-Granger team Tuesday evening. Despite coming in with a 5-8 record on the season, Woodward-Granger gave AC/GC all they could handle in the first set. The Chargers were pushed to the brink before finally pulling away late with a 27-25 set one victory. AC/GC kept their momentum rolling in the second with a 25-21 win. Woodward-Granger was set on not going home with a sweep and dominated the Chargers 25-15 in the third set. AC/GC was able to bounce back in the fourth and ultimately final set ending the match with a 25-23 win.

The Chargers were once again led by standout sophomore Chloe Largent who added 30 kills pushing her season total to 126, which is good for sixth-best in the entire state, and third best in Class 2A. AC/GC will get their biggest test so far this weekend as they head to Griswold to play Southwest Valley and Denison-Schleswig, who have a combined record of 11-6.
