The West Central Wildcats Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams cross country races have been cancelled for today at Spring Lake State Park in Greene County due to soggy conditions and potential dangerous weather. The race has been rescheduled for October 17th, though the Wildcats and Lady Wildcats teams might not be able to run in it due to  conference races that same day.

It’s a tough break for both teams as there were going to be a projected seventeen other teams for the event, and they would’ve gotten valuable experience from those races on this early season.

The Wildcats will run again Thursday September 19th when they travel to Panorama to compete at the Lake Panorama golf course.
