1:10am: A deputy assisted with removing a bat from a house in the 500 block of State Street, Scranton.

3:02am: A deputy investigated a counterfeit 100-dollar bill found in an inmate’s property.

7:32am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on S Avenue just north of 150th Street.

7:32am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1800 block of D Avenue.

1:45pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 300 block of Cottage Street, Paton.

6:23pm: A deputy investigated an illegal dumping complaint in the 2200 block of R Avenue.

7:35pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 330th Street and X Avenue.

8:17pm: A deputy attempted to stop a vehicle on W Avenue near 340th Street. The vehicle fled and two subjects fled from the vehicle. Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and the Boone County Sheriff’s Office assisted with locating the two subjects. Anthony Kennedy 37 of Rippey was located. Elisha Mischke 39 of Des Moines was the passenger and is wanted out of Polk County for theft 2nd and theft 4th degree was not located.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
