The West Central Valley women’s volleyball team competed well in their first match of the season but came up just a little bit short as they fell at ACGC 25-15, 25-23, 25-22. ACGC pulled away in the first set but the Lady Wildcats competed well in the second and third, both sets staying very close throughout before they fell just short.

The Lady Wildcats were led by Jenna Merical’s eight kills, Maria Pruitt’s eleven assists, and Emily Goodner’s eighteen digs. Isabella Munoz and Meredith Marks both recorded fourteen and ten digs respectively.

The Lady Wildcats will look to get back on track tomorrow when they play their first home match of the season against Woodward-Granger.
